DGS processes account information, workspace records, mission content, outputs, billing metadata, and operational records as required to deliver, secure, and support the service.
DGS uses third-party services for functions such as infrastructure hosting, identity, payment processing, and other operational support where enabled. Those categories should remain aligned with the subprocessor register and actual deployment posture.
DGS retains records for service continuity, security, accounting, legal compliance, and operational integrity where required. Deletion requests may be honored subject to those service and legal constraints.
