Terms of Service

Service scope, workspace responsibility, billing boundaries, output responsibility, and product rights.

LegalCounsel-ready draft
Service boundary

The Terms define the DGS service boundary, workspace responsibility, billing terms, and the legal posture around outputs and product access. The essential rule is simple: DGS provides the service, while the user remains responsible for real-world use of outputs.

Workspace responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for access control, submitted material, mission direction, and downstream use of outputs. The product does not shift legal or operational accountability away from the user merely because it produced a document.

Protected platform rights

DGS owns the product, software, systems, methods, and protected internal materials. Public use of the service does not create any right to private implementation detail or restricted systems.
