Engine Access Terms
Effective date: 17 April 2026
1. Standard Engine
Standard Engine is the default public DGS product path. It is designed for authenticated workspace use, professional mission execution, artifact generation, billing through Flux, and operator-readable outputs.
2. Restricted internal systems
Some DGS systems remain restricted and are not part of ordinary public access. Public proof objects may demonstrate selected results, but public users do not receive a right to private systems, internal assets, or protected implementation materials.
3. Additional access
Additional access, where offered, is discretionary and may require review, approval, additional terms, additional billing, or workspace-specific controls. Approval may be denied, limited, suspended, or revoked for any operational, security, capacity, policy, legal, or misuse reason.
4. No entitlement
Signing up, purchasing Flux, seeing a proof object, joining a workspace, or using the public service does not create entitlement to private systems, private research materials, source code, internal configuration, or restricted implementation assets.
5. Protection of internals
You may not attempt to extract, reverse engineer, bypass, scrape, expose, or reproduce protected internal assets, restricted artifacts, access gates, or internal operational controls.
