1. Partnership
You participate as an independent, non-exclusive creator partner. Either side may end the partnership at any time.
2. Starter compensation
Unless different terms are agreed in writing, Driftbreak pays 50% of the first successful customer payment directly attributed to you. Commission uses the amount collected after discounts and excludes taxes, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, and recurring payments.
3. Attribution
Referral-link attribution lasts 30 days. The last eligible creator touch wins. A valid creator code explicitly entered by the customer overrides passive link attribution. Driftbreak's recorded attribution data determines commission.
4. Clearing and payouts
Commission remains pending for 14 days, then clears if the payment remains valid. Payouts are processed manually each month. There is no minimum payout threshold; any positive cleared unpaid balance is eligible. Each payout includes a statement of cleared commission, adjustments, and payouts. Available payout methods may vary by creator location.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
Before payout, related commission may be removed. After payout, Driftbreak may deduct the amount from future creator earnings.
6. Honest content and disclosure
You may create in your own voice and criticize Driftbreak honestly. You may not invent features, make false technical claims, promise unsupported results, or pretend to use functionality you did not use. Clearly disclose that you may earn commission.
7. Content rights
You own your content. Unless otherwise agreed, Driftbreak may organically repost, embed, or feature partnership content with attribution where practical. Paid advertising, whitelisting, or substantial ad edits require separate permission.
8. No exclusivity
You may work with competing software and AI products. You may not misrepresent the relationship or manipulate attribution.
9. Eligibility and conduct
Creators under 13 are not eligible. Minor creators must disclose any payment or consent logistics that materially affect the partnership. Fraud, collusion, fake accounts, self-referrals, and deliberate attribution manipulation may be voided and can end the partnership.
10. Ending or changing the program
Valid commission earned before termination remains payable. Material compensation changes should be communicated before applying to new qualifying activity and do not retroactively erase valid earned commission. Creators remain responsible for their own tax obligations.
